Studio 8 is a purpose built, bright, air-conditioned fitness studio situated within the South Lincoln Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinic on Mill Lane, North Hykeham. Our classes are run by hand-picked professional instructors from around the city of Lincoln.
Our aim is to provide high quality exercise classes for the whole community, and our ever increasing class list includes something for everyone:
Rehabilitation/wellness based classes such as Pilates, Harmony and Yoga, where the emphasis is on functional strength, flexibility and mobility.
Aerobic based classes include Clubbercise, Pound, Groove and Boxercise, where our main goal is to make you burn calories and melt away fat while having fun doing it.
Resistance based classes such as Total Tone, LBT and Kettlebells. All these classes will help improve strength and fitness levels of participants and will also help burn fat and tone up the whole body.
Bootcamp classes also run three days a week at 6am if you fancy getting your workout done early. Bootcamps mix cardio, resistance and core work in an anything goes type of workout to ensure you set your alarm for a good reason!
At Studio 8 we have ‘no contract’ monthly memberships and ‘pay as you go’ options, we also offer longer memberships if required.
